    So, now moving on and drinking Faro, if you dig Lambic beers you can purchase it asap, other folks will tell you it's overly sweet...

    Also, some people have two bottles and only one glass, since this was a 37,5 bottle I needed two glasses.

    From the Ibex Cellar? Sounds kind of sci-fi to me! Joking aside I decided to give this a whirl when I spotted it at Binny's last weekend. A very solid barrel aged stout that is comparable to Central Waters but a bit more viscous in my opinion. A palate pleasing blend of caramel/toffee, vanilla, dark fruit and oak. The price was a couple bucks more, but I'm glad I don't let that decide my every purchase. I'm a fan of the 11.2 oz. four pack format as well and regretting not buying another. Cheers gang!

    I'm a little scared but I think it's a toss up between shelling out for a wort chiller now OR trying to eat through a freezer full of stuff to make room to make or put a 10 lb bag of ice. The first batch will be partial mash .
