I loved Bramble, which had a lot of blackberry taste to me, so I'm very curious to try Lindley Park.

Is this something that should make it to Total Wine in the Triangle?

Haven't been to TW in a long while, so I don't know if they're getting OHB products. Sam's, Tasty, Bottle Rev are your best bets around here.

Just had the 2011 LP on Saturday, then Bramble on Sunday. I thought the LP was a bit thinner, and the berry taste more muted than Bramble. How does the. '12 LP compare to last years version?

Thanks, JS. I really need to get out and grab a few with all you great Triangle BAs.

According to Leif, he just sent out a tweet saying hes bringing it to the Triangle soon.

I would check when you get here, but call ahead. It flew off the shelf.

Just like last year's, imo. I think nostalgia taints reality, to be honest. I love this brew, and the berry presence is there again for sure. Seriously, it's the same for me.

We opened a 2011 a couple of weeks ago, and I didn't find the berries to be muted much. Very present without being dominant, maybe? I haven't had bramble, so no basis for comparison here. Looking forward to opening this fresh batch.

I really liked Lindley Park last year. My only regret was not getting more.

So is LP hitting the triangle tomorrow?

Sam's got 5 cases. $13.49 a bottle, limit of 2 per person. I got there around 12:30 and they were down to 2.5 cases.

On tap? Sweet....personally I really liked this beer...it's the sour stouts I don't like, fruited stouts...I dig...ever since my first Central Waters BA Cherry Stout.
