Don't usually find 21st Amendment in the packy stores near me. Picked up both Hop Crisis and Monk's Blood this weekend. Tried Hop Crisis first - decent but better dIPA's avaialble locally. Trying Monk's Blood now and enjoying this more.

ISO: robinsmv's berliner. I've seen too many people rave about it, now I'm curious about the recipe.

Never tried Calvados before, but I really want to. I always ignore it as I tend to gravitate more towards bourbon when I have some liquor spending moniez. The regular lairds applejack is 35% apple brandy and 65% neutral spirits :slight_frown: Its awesome for mixing but that's about it. It has very little apple flavor. The jack rose is a nice switch up if you're tired of whiskey sours though. I've read that the Lairds Bottled in Bond Straight apple brandy is much better with a nice apple flavor hough.

Yeah buddy. I'm not sure if they stretch to fit your feet or if they just crush your feet to fit them, lol.

Nice beer. really crisp and refreshing. Resembled a well hopped Pils in many ways. The bad reviews make zero sense. I enjoyed this.

Digging into this now. Smells real nice. Lightly tart and quite spicy. Epic has been making some really nice new brews lately.

Southampton Burton IPA for me tonight. I actually really like it; I'm not sure I've ever had anything quite like it before.

The recipe is nothing special at all, it's a partial boil extract recipe
    3 lbs breiss wheat dme
    1 lb breiss Pilsen dme
1 handful base malt (used to sour the "sour mash")
    1 oz whole leaf hallertau
    us-05 yeast
    15 minute boil

The trick is keeping the sour mash from going south and turning into vinegar or rotten garbage.

Right now I'm gonna go with crush your feet. This is the one of the few times that beer actually helps my climbing (the other time is if I need an excuse for farting while trying to pull a hard move, you gotta engage your core )

The beer is pretty meh, although I do get some light apricot which is nice. I literally said "Da fuck!?" as I pulled the beer out of the six pack holder and read the label though.

Dafuq is right, I fail to see how that qualifies as an IPA
