Not really. I love rock and many other genres but whenever I go to Other Half I look forward to the hip hop centric playlist while I'm there. I guess it's because that's how they have always done things and I just grew accustomed to it. Plus I'm a huge hip hop head and they tend to play the best stuff from the golden era.

agree with this here. I listen to mostly indie rock but I like everything and it's nice to hear the hip hop I liked so much when I was younger while I'm there.

Music is pretty similar to what they used to play at Bierkraft, I wonder why....

Holy balls 3rd Anniversary just keeps getting better! I cracked one just now and started pouring it and got hit by an aroma of freshly cut pineapple and orange juice. Also getting a slightly stronger dankness than I did with my past two cans, which I really enjoy as a counter balance to the fruit notes.

Yeah, such a great, evolving beer. Kind of kicking myself for not getting the case allotment honestly.

Wow that DDH Broccoli label is great. I found a Broccoli in my fridge tonight. It got less carbonated and kinda sweet. Excited to see how the DDH came out

You must have missed the release when they were blasting Britney Spears' greatest hits.

I missed the original Broccoli release. Is the DDH version something that is going to make the crowd on Saturday ridiculous?

the original broccoli release wasn't bad, I think I got there like 10/1030 and waited only 5 mins. It did snow that day though. But I don't think it should be too bad, def going to stock up on some beer for my snowboarding trip presidents weekend!

Yeah it's kinda hard to tell since Broccoli was released on a lousy day so it was an easy in and out.

I bet cans last until the afternoon with DDH Broccoli selling out around 12. Stroll in around 1130 and you'll be good.

The last batch of forever simcoe was great. I'm looking forward to more cans.

Even though I wasn't a fan of the latest batch of Green Diamonds, I think Dancing Green Diamonds will be the star of this release.

Out of towner here - I'll be staying around 47th St F train which appears to go all the way to OH. Trying to make the release in time for all 4 cans. Can someone let me know if the F train is running this Saturday from 47-50 Rockefeller? I've read conflicting reports. TIA

F train should be a complete disaster this weekend

No [IMG] service at 57 St, 47-50 Sts, 42 St-Bryant Pk, 23 St, 14 St, W 4 St, B'way-Lafayette St, 2 Av, Delancey St-Essex St, East Broadway, and York St.

Your best bet may be to take the D (running on the via the A line) at 8th Ave/42nd street. The D is supposed to be running on the F line in Brooklyn

[IMG]* trains replace the [IMG] in Brooklyn between Jay St-MetroTech and Stillwell Av.
