I preferred the regular, but I guess different tastes. Cheers.

I really enjoy these weekday releases. Less hype and hoarding with the growlers and crowlers.

I preferred the regular as well, but to each his own. I don't work too far from the Schaumburg location, so the weekday releases work great for me if they last until around lunch time!

Brought a Crowler home. Almost done with it. Ya boy Shaun is killing it. Lots of green onion and cat piss on the nose. Tropicana no pulp and mango Jarritos in your mouth. Good stuff.

    LOL!

I got none of that. I do get the green onion taste with something that's overwhelmingly Equinox hopped. But like mentioned, got absolutely nothing but juicy-tropical flavors on draft from NE Slapper.

Less than 20 crowlers remain of NE Slapper for anyone considering a trip. Growlers fills of draft still going strong and Nitro pours still flowing.

How does RAM do bottle releases of its Side Note project? Are they silent or scheduled? Any upcoming?

So far they've been scheduled in advance with good heads-up notice, although the last Side Note (Coco-nilla) was draft and growler fills only. Nothing regarding next Side Note has been announced since the Coco-nilla was made available for Chaos Day.

Thanks man! I'm guessing they announce the release of FB? or Twitter?

Has anyone held on to a hoppy RAM growler for several days/week? Curious what the fall off is for theirs

I had a Hops on Hops growler that I opened after about 10 days. Flavor was on point, but there was definitely less carb, which was expected.

I had Juicy over the summer from a Crowler after 2 weeks without a noticeable falloff.

About to open mine today as well. I have the flip-top cap growler. I bought that one with the specific reason (hope?) that it can maintain 'freshness' and carbonation a bit better and a bit longer.

I had a crowler on Thursday and split my growler with friends last night. The growler definitely had less carbonation, still great though.

Towards the very end on my growler I noticed what I can best describe as spiciness, maybe a bit astringent. I hadn't noticed this off the first couple pours. Anyone else have a similar experience?

Yeah, it took me about 90 minutes to drink my Crowler and the last.......10 or so oz got spicy and sort of an aspirin aftertaste.
