So far Rye Sucre is my favorite. Bourbon, which is the regular version, is also super tasty. Madeira is a lot different... For some people that will be good and for some bad. Lots of forward sherry flavors and very interesting. Not sure if that helps or confuses:wink:

I've been thinking about getting one but for a couple dollars more I could get another mocha Wednesday... do any of you have an opinion about that? MW or Madeira?

All of the Sucre variants were phenomenal in my opinion, though a lot of people got irritated they did them and didn't focus on other esoteric or core variations. The Madeira definitely has a vinous quality but it's still a big, boozy old ale that delivers so much toffee, caramel, vanilla, and oak that I personally love, I would hard pressed to not max it and forget MW altogether.

Really hoping the tawny port goes up at some again, know there isnt much but that was great when i had it over a year ago.

I loved the Madeira and Port variants, I wish they'd do that again.

Cognac was great too. There wasn't a variant I didn't love.

Unfortunately that's one I never had, but I can imagine it being delicious.

With an upped production, seeing variants like that would be awesome.

I just had a Melange 10, wow that is a great beer. I didn't have it fresh, but I'd gladly jump at another opportunity to purchase that beer again.

All the base Anniversary beers are BBA (the early ones are not 100% BA though). Anything within the last few years though has been.

Madeira is quite sweet but it's really good. I couldn't finish a whole bottle myself but it is quite tasty.

There has always been a 100% BA Version of the Anniversary Beers but for the first 3 years they released a more obtainable 25% BA version for distribution. This changed with Fruet

Curious to see what the J. Wakefield and Valise beers will be. Also, Beret with peaches/vanilla sounds awesome! Between all of those and Chocolate Rain, I'm really looking forward to March!

I don't, but decided to max out my allocation anyway. I'm certainly hoping it's good....
