I buy one 4pk or if I'm seeing a friend from out of town I'll get 2. But I've heard the guys at that store talking about how people come in and buy a case a piece. Makes zero sense since before you can drink that case fresher bodhi will arrive :astonished:. That's beer though.

My point is that Bodhi could be handled better. I'm sure there are accounts who received less and sold out in day(s) that would love to have some of those 7 cases leftover at that store. Ideally, we'd like each batch to sell out at retail before the next one hits shelves. I think this is possible if the right number of cases are going to the right spots.

My local giant eagle on the west side of Cleveland got 2 cases of Bodhi last week. That seems like an appropriate amount for that store.

I don't think I've ever bought a case of any beer, much less an IPA. I would say the most I've bought is 4 - 4 packs.

I would agree considering our 2 cases sold out in the same day we got them.

Any chance JuJu will see a 2nd wave of distribution this month?

First case I bought (western PA) was bottled on 2/3. On Friday 2/17 in Akron I saw bottles on the shelf that were 1 day old.

I bought a single of bodhi last week because I was getting other singles, had an extra spot in the pack to make 6, my buddy assured me that nobody else has ever bought a single of bodhi.

Grocery stores are notorious for building large displays of beer. With empty boxes on the bottom or in the middle to make it look bigger. I saw a Columbus Brewing display that was built that way at a local Market District.

This isn't one of those. They have the cases stacked in a corner and out of the way... I almost didn't see them. So if anyone wants a boat load of Bodhi, hit them up.

somewhat true. Except the displays usually start with X volume, and then as it depletes they leave the cases with 1 six pk in them to maintain the size display. We're not giving empty boxes to anyone.

Same here... Had White Mocha (not chocolate) before and while good, I would be hard pressed to pay half of that $30 for it. Same with Chocolate Rain and a few others I've had... I dunno, I just don't get the appeal of most of what they do lol

Any one have thoughts on SMS this year? Very smooth and pretty sweet but I almost feel the flavors are almost too muted.
