I'm new to the Dallas area. I live and work in Plano. I haven't found a bottle-share group here yet, but I want to start opening some bottles from my cellar. There are some specific bottles I'd like to open soon and some side-by-side comparisons I'd like to do... The Bruery Weekday bottles: Grey Monday, Black Tuesday, Mocha Wednesday, and Chocolate Rain. I'd like to do all four in a side-by-side comparison. Everybody brings and opens one bottle. Black Tuesday is easier to acquire, so maybe whoever brings the BT can also bring a little something else. I can open any one of them, depending on what everyone else has. Mexican chocolate stout comparison: I'd like to open Mexican Cake, Hunahpu, and Abraxas side by side. If we can also open a Jackie O's Oro Negro, that would be awesome. I can open an Abraxas 2016, a Mexican Cake 2015, or a Mexican Cake 2016. 1-2 other people for a Founders Breakfast Stout vertical. I have 2014, 2015, and 2016. If anybody has 2012 and/or 2013, I can open my three bottles. This is probably best for at most 3 people so that everybody gets at least a 4oz pour from each bottle. I know it's not barrel-aged or a whale or intended for the cellar, but it still might be fun to see how it ages. I'd also be interested in doing big stouts, coffee stouts, barrel-aged coffee stouts, a Firestone Anniversary vertical, a KBS vertical, a Prairie horizontal, a Cantillon horizontal, BA vanilla stouts (VR, FO, Madagascar), a Black Butte vertical, a BA Old Rasputin vertical, etc. Please send me a message if you're in the area and you're interested in any of the above. Thanks!

I heard about that "Let's Talk Craft Beer" group, but I was really hoping to find something that didn't require me to have a Facebook account. Is that Facebook group the only thing in the area?
