Just found the survey in my junk folder. I would really like that list of what bottles are waiting to be picked up back.

Just wanted to elaborate, sorry! We had flash pasteurized the wheatwine component prior to the blend. The blended beer was not run through the flash pasteurizer.

So Black Tuesday and Anniversary Old Ale are not pasteurized?

Yeah. I'm active duty Air Force and my career usually puts me in secure facilities without windows.(it's really boring and not that cool) I know some of my leadership would be cool with it, but getting beer delivered to one of our facilities in any large quantity could put me into our own little version of AA called ADAPT.

Just got my shipment of mocha Wednesday. Very excited for this year. Also 6 more on the way. Next week. Nice to have access to 12 bottles as a RS member. I only got 1 bottle last year as PS.

Just got my bottles today. I have been happy with all the chronology sets. It's nice to see the variation as time goes by.

I know I previously read in here that the wooden bottle opener included in our membership was not that good quality-wise... but I seriously thought I would have at least been able to open a single bottle with it.

I was gentle with it and the nail broke right through the wood as I started to apply pressure.

    What a piece of junk.

If you look at how they built them compared to the grain structure of the wood it was done in a way that applies pressure along the grain instead of against it. If you were to take a chisel and try to split a board it's significantly easier to do it with the grain than against it. One of them is more akin to splitting a log while the other would be closer to chopping it with an axe.

Got a porch bomb today. Not sure what happened but my trustee didn't get a case I ordered and the shipping invoice had 96/96. I need to get better at shipping more regularly...

I would say it's much easier to find a resolution and more polite to contact the society rather than venting here. We cannot do anything for you and we didn't do anything for the people who complained before you.

I can offer a credit for a future purchase of some sympathy

What are the allocations for a Hoarder?

I'd say it's for HS only but we know it would trickle down to RS either way

I'm sorry, but as a Hoarder I feel that sympathy should be included with my membership instead of being a available for purchase. #entitlement

So in the RARE case that each of us don't finish an entire Bruery bottle in one evening, which route do you take?

Use the Bruery bottle stopper and keep the bottle in the fridge until the next day?
    -OR-
Pour the rest of the bottle into the 32oz or 64oz growler and seal it up until the next day?

In your opinions, is one better than the other in regards to staying 'fresh' & carbonated?

    Thx

Your best bet is to put a bottle stopper on it than pouring into another container. Your exposing it to a lot more air that way. I usually put a stopper immediately having pour half, whether I'm finishing the bottle the same night or the next day. Never had an issue, I wouldn't suggest trying to keep it longer than 24hrs after opening.

Don't have one. I work from home. I literally just need to know what day it's coming so I can sit at home ALL day and wait for it. Not a huge deal to wait for re-delivery, but as you suggested, it would be awesome to be able to go out and have a beer (or something silly like Lunch) without having my $300 in beer delayed by 3 days. Considering the Bruery was able to do this for the first 4 years of my membership, it's puzzling to me why it suddenly stopped

Opened a Chron 6 (Wee-Heavy) tonight, has hints of infection. I've had this about 4 other times out of the bottle (no issues), glad I only have 1 left.
