Does anyone know if Crooked Stave will be open for GABF weekend? What's the update?

Even the Kombucha is off the charts

Yeah. It's killer. Anyone else know of a place that has barrel-aged Kombucha? May be on the cutting edge of a new trend here!

Crooked Stave is having a new tapping each day the week of GABF. This is taken from Fermentedly Challenged Blog:

Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project (Denver) - GABF week means extended hours at their taproom and a new barrel-aged sour beer tapping each day at noon. They'll open at 10am and stay open til the beer is gone. Oct. 8th - Cuvaison, W.W.B.I., Surette Reserva, Sentience Bourbon Barrel aged Wild Quadruple, Batch #1. Oct. 9th - Surette Reserva Chardonnay Barrel-aged. Oct. 10th Oculus Belgian-style Golden Ale. Oct. 11th - Sentience Cognac Barrel-aged Wild Quadruple, Oct 12th - Nightmare on Brett Bourbon Barrel-aged Brett Baltic Porter, and Oct. 13th - Blackberry Petite Sour (classic!)

I need to go try the Blackberry Petite Sour as I have heard amazing things. Plus I am a sucker for sours.

The Blackberry Petite Sour is fantastic. I really want to see what they did for a Baltic Porter. The 12th is going to impossible to make the tapping because of the Rare Beer Tasting starting at the same time.

I might just have to go on the 12th and let you know how it is as I am feeling envious you have rare beer tasting tickets. I should have picked up a couple for my Dad and I since that's the only day we aren't going to the fest.
