What beers are you currently aging?

Has anyone put away Backwoods Bastard? I have a 15 and tons of 16's. I see some have but what about your thoughts on it's shelf life. I'm aging quite a few Founders beers. thanks

90% off all the bottles aging in my cellar aging are oude geuze simply because I love collecting them and to have a nice bottle to serve on special occasions. I try to add a couple bottles every week.

I think i'm forgetting a few, and there's more in my "cellar" that i'm just saving for special occasions. I really only started to buy beer to cellar middle of last year (when i got a job and could afford it) so these are the first beers i'm aging, with barrel aged Framinghammer being the first i ever bought to cellar and it's almost a year old.

off the top of my head- mid-2015 Fin du Monde - 2014 Orval - Love Child No.5 -Sour Monkey - Petrus Aged Red - Lindemands Cuvee Rene Kriek All of them I've had, and aren't rare. But I've never fusked w/ them before, so I'm eager. One Cantillon bio from 2014. A couple flanders reds from 2012. A 2010 Cascade Kriek (I hope it still drinkable). And the rest are just a handful each from places I've lived- Quebec, Rhode Island, Boston, PA. I move through them pretty regularly and only keep a couple/few dozen at once.

 

Here's what I got; any comments on how appropriate these are for aging are welcome:

From my perspective i have accumulated way too many beers as both 20 bottle wine coolers and the 18 cubic foot beer fridge (aged plus fresh stuff) are currently full. The struggle is the hunter-gatherer instincts keep propelling me to chase the Whales but it will help with Firestone Walker going to a 12 oz format. Went a little crazy with The Abyss last year but since Deschutes jacked up their premium series pricing it sits in the shelves in the greater Phoenix area. Enjoying a 2016 Expedition Stout on the back porch this lovely 80 degree Sunday afternoon. Cheers!
