    It's going to be really sad heading over to ginger man after work today to find the keg of cuveee 3 has just kicked.

    But on the other hand, Neon Lights has been easier to find than I thought - was still available at bread and honey at 11pm last night.

    still available at Bread & Honey now... along with Candlepower... also have Neon Lights at WF CC just up the street... (added bonus of hill farmstead Susan on tap...)

    So quick q about cuvee #3. The color and taste say "blend of young saison and barrel aged sour" but there's a listing on beermenus that says "Sour ale brewed with tart cherries and aged in oak barrels" which corresponds with this. is "cube cuvee" a different line than "cuvee" despite the same number?

    either way, whatever I'm drinking is quite nice despite this being kind of a short crowler fill due to they are always having foam issues at rattle + hum. wish I could taste this side by side with #2 which I remember being crazy delicious as well.

    We've never made a barrel-aged beer with cherries (yet) so I have no idea where that description is coming from.

    just had a neon lights... very good... funky saison but crisp, clean and refreshing at the same time... really like the hop blend on the finish. well done.

    Got to Gingerman at 1:45pm on Saturday and it kicked at 1:13pm.

    Yeah, I was headed to milk and hops yesterday, and was psyched it happened to be on tap. it ended up being too crowded so we got stuff to go, but I split a pour with my brother before leaving because they kick so quick or the bar is out of your way.

    It is fantastic though, and worth seeking out if you dig funky saisons.

    just called a few whole foods. chelsea said they're not allocated this time around. bowery said not yet. union sq doesn't answer their phone. tribeca said nothing yet, but maybe this afternoon.

    not much on beermenus at all
