FW Bravo on the shelf at Town Center Market in Riverdale. At least 10 bottles as of 7PM last night.

 

Now that i'm over the fact that it's not really a NE style IPA, Minute Man is pretty great and glad to have it widely available here.

 

There was a batch they made early Dec(?) that was super hazy and dank. It was damn good, but I haven't seen them make it like that since. Regardless, I 100% agree with you.

 

High West-ified is back at CBC. Also, they are doing a sampling of Kent Falls Brewing, with a hoppy wheat beer called Semblance that straight up smells like bong water.

 

Anyone know if this batch of 3 Stars Ultrafresh is worth picking up? From their twitter account, it looks like they DDH'ed this one. If its anywhere near Pounding Trees quality wise, perhaps this brewery has turned a corner.

Pounding Trees was good, but definitely not great imo.

Do you mean it smells like weed or literally like bong water? Something must have gone really, really wrong if its the latter.

 

I suppose just weed then, but in any event, I mean it in the most complimentary way.

ChurchKey just posted an event for Hill Farmstead on April 1st. It says "Part I" which would obviously indicate a nice influx pre CBC week.

 

Part II is at the Sovereign the following evening, and the list for it is on their website.

 

Dominion has J Wakefield's Slammin' Bones on, and it's a really good NE-style IPA. Pretty hazy and dank.

 

Where? I don't see an Events section on the Sovereign's website.
