They sold out of the Rainbow Sherbet but they still have it on tap. Fudge Bucket is looking to be sold out by tonight if not tomorrow for sure

Heard the line took forever. Hopefully not the case the rest of the week

Yea they were allowing people to order drinks when they got to the front of the line to buy their bottles. It should've been a bottle only line.

By the time I got in there wasn't anyone ordering drinks in the bottle line. I got there around 3:20, was just past their building on Florida (closer to Fern than North) and it took me 45-50 minutes to get in and get bottles.

I'd figure the biggest problem is there's 1 register, period. Cycle is only able to move a line as fast as it does because it's cash only at release so it doesn't interfere with the register.

I remember when they released the Barrel Aged Popinski they had bottle sales out of the garage and the tap room open. No bottles sales in the tap room. Hoping they do that again. And cash is just a better option to keep lines moving.

The garage idea sounds great! I saw the line at 4 and decided to head to CCB for a little. Got back at 530 or so, still a nice sized line and when I got towards the front they were asking if we wanted to drink anything.

Hopefully they will do some type of number system Thursday

I was there at 8:30 and got Fudge Bucket. Not sure why they would not have a separate line for bottles when they know it's going to be a mad house.

They will have to do something, they just aren't big enough for the crowds that are around. The ba popinski release was the best way. The other consideration would be to do it earlier in the morning like cycle, where less people want to stay and drink that early. But I'm sure they are happy with the tap room revenue from the releases as well. Good problem to have, no perfect solution

They had a line for bottles but they were offering pours as well, maybe because we were getting towards the end they were doing that I don't know. How much fudge bucket did they have left at 830? I think there was another 8 cases around 630

Possibly a dumb question...do people waiting in line bring chairs? Looking at some pictures and video of the lines & I didn't see people with chairs. Haven't been to a AC bottle release, but plan on going Thursday. With the "don't park on Fern" issue, just wondering if chairs are frowned upon.

I'm tossing ours in the car. Can't see how anyone would have an issue with chairs.

That's what I'm thinking too. I'll be taking Uber & would have to Uber back to drop them off if there was an issue. Pretty sure there won't be any issue. Just wanted to make sure from some experienced folk.

Any guesses what the limits on the Lunar Lycan may be?

From Angry Chair's Facebook - "Lunar Lycan Imperial Marzipan Coffee Cream Stout is a sweet stout with toasted almonds and dark roast coffee. It is 11.5% and will be limited to 4 per person and sold at $20 each."

ahh..must have missed that. Thanks. Would there be a huge mob expected to line up for this or would one be able to stroll in at 4pm to pick up their bottles?
