@BRYeleJR @AirBob and others asking for updates: it ain't perfect (yet!) but this is what we hope to update each week. It requires some reading but it does let you know which beers are on our growler tap & which are in cans / bottles. This should be constant through the next few days.

We'll be out of Good N You batch 2 here at SD by Sunday, most likely. We should have enough Amirite?! and we just canned a new batch, Wait for It... New sours are in the works, too (being bottled as I type actually) but they're a few weeks of conditioning away.

We'll be tapping a cask today at 4pm (Iced Cobi - Belgian blonde on citrus and tea), and we're working on finding a barrel we like enough to tap via our Cerbeerus system.

And next week we have our first food truck, the lovely folks at Say Cheese will be paying a visit.

Is Wait For It different than Mr. Wallace?

Yes, it's brewed to session strength.

BTW, in tooling around the barrel room today we found a 2013 BA Coffee Framinghammer Barrel, and it's awesome, so we hooked it up to Cerbeerus and are slinging that for the weekend... don't tell big brother @JacksAbbyBrewing ...

Sorry I missed this until now! It is fantastic @springdalebeer and much appreciated! Noticed JA's updated their site today too. Really dig the frequent updates, thanks again.

Anyone else finding the newer batches (2017) of Calyptra to be even more flavorful/juicy? I'm a bit of a fanboy for this beer and a Framingham local (so be warned of bias), but it seems to be getting even better. Maybe just my tastes, but part of me is wondering about a slight recipe adjustment as well. Doubt the yeast would have much of an impact since it is a lager yeast.

This may be the most crushable beer they make, IMO. So nice to have a clean lager with a balanced juicy hop profile.

I assume the 4 variants mentioned here are Bourbon BA, Bourbon BA Vanilla, Bourbon BA Coffee and Bourbon BA Mole. I wonder if they'll release other variants (potentially just on draft) at the Beer Hall (eg., Brandy BA, Double Barrel, Cordon Rouge)?

    Possibly Cocoa-Nut instead of Mole.
I'd love to see Cordon Rouge in bottles at some point. Crazy good.

I think the last one will be Brandy, not Mole.

Love the coffee and vanilla ones. Might try and mix the two together. Anyone else try that?

Ooh yeah, forgot about that one, that's probably it. Love the PB&J one!

If you go to their website, under the beer section, it seems to suggest all other styles (except bourbon, coffee, vanilla, and brandy) will be brewery only.

They did a graham cracker variation last year as well that was pretty great. And the elusive maple barrel version that I believe only yielded a few kegs.

I'd love to see a few new takes on the beer, even if they're draft-only. Give me cinnamon vanilla or port barrel.

Pretty sure that's what it was last year too.

Edit: although the information on the website is probably just a holdover from last year anyway.

Is it just me, or do the BA Framinghammer bottles look bigger this year?

I was wondering this myself. They look fatter. Last year, they were 500mL and kinda skinny.
