Won't mean a thing. Trains should be ok. F train only has a few changes that does not affect Smith/9th stop.

Yeah the F train might be fine, but what about the rampant flying monkey attacks in the area? Best to just stay away....

i was thinking as this space gets more competitive in nyc and production capacity / canning lines grow, will lack of lines / hype hurt OH? it was definitely a driving factor in their early success, even if it was unintentional because they physically couldnt produce more. but now that oh is starting to catch up to their demand do you think we will see breweries limiting batch sizes even if they have the capacity to make more just to generate hype/lines? itll make a good case study to watch over the next year, i think nyc might be the most competitive city for ipa craze, trillium doesnt really have much competition in boston for the style of ipas theyre making

I think what it comes down to is, is Other Half making good beer? The answer is yes. Hype, competition or lines aside, they are making my favorite beer in the city.

Weather might keep me away from Saturday's release. Not too hyped on the idea of waiting in line when it's 20-something degrees out.

What do you guys consider to be Other Half's most coveted IPA? Not speaking for the collabs, but rotating house beers, like DDH Double Mosaic Dream or DDH Mylar Bags.

Most coveted? Not sure. But my personal favorite was DDH All Citra Everything, followed closely by DDH DMD.

DDH Mylar is probably their best rotating beer, but 2nd Anniversary is still my all time favorite from them.

Single hop Mosaic has long been my favorite (and coveted) OH beer. But I'm not sure how I'd feel about it after having all these DDH beers.

I don't think that's an easy question to answer, as there are a lot of factors. How many times was it brewed? When was the last time it was brewed / canned? Is it DDH? Et al. DDH ACE is my pick, that one regularly sells out first, even before it had the extra lupulin powder.

EDIT clarifying that I was responding to the question of "most coveted". I don't think DDH ACE is their 'best' beer by any means.

In my opinion, some of their "best," or at least my favorite, beers have been from the single hop series. But yeah, DDH ACE, DDH DMD and DDH MB seems to in contention for the most hyped/coveted.

Not so much for me. I've been shelving beers and been plenty happy! I just wondered if OH aged faster or if I was reading garbage to other members here. I don't want to be that guy and I know no one wants to be on the other end of that!
