    I'll be there for nibs & beans pickup as well as boxcar cans!

    Shame BAVSS couldn't last forever, was getting WAY to used to that on tap...

    I have actually noticed that if you hunted draft lists, drinking bavss would never have stopped. As of last night...still on at Churchill's.

    It's a nice space. I enjoy the location, vibe, food, good staff, and HPB beers. So far, there's no other place in the area that hits all those marks quite like they do. I give them a big plus for not being located in an industrial park too.

    It's a 40 to 60-minute drive for me... I like it enough that I'll hang around if I am picking up bottles there or happen to be in the area for Howlin Rays or something but not enough for it to be the destination otherwise.

    Fair enough. there aren't many places that I would drive 40 to 60 minutes for especially on a regular basis. When I lived in LA, I lived somewhat equidistant between Monkish and HPB and I would choose HPB every time unless I wanted to go to Kansha Creamery and Santouka. Now that I'm a visitor, there's no question where I'd rather go.
