They look like the Stoneface style half liter

Instagram story they posted said they are half liters. And that they bottled Mole.

Changing the yeast even for a lager makes a big difference. I homebrewed a pilsner with two different yeast and they were incredibly different.

They've always been in half liter bottles.

As opposed to the slimmer 500mL bottles they typically use.

Bourbon BA Cordon Rouge (last year Cordon Rouge was aged in brandy barrels) is the 3rd BA Framinghammer being released on 3/14 (in addition to regular Bourbon BA and Bourbon BA Mole). Interesting. Now just waiting on the 4th...

And PB&J makes 4. Interesting mix of variants. Also, it turns out Cordon Rouge is still aged in brandy barrels despite their social media posts indicating bourbon barrels were used.

Edit: More bottled and draft-only variants coming as brewery-only releases.

If they used Copper & Kings brandy barrels like last year, they are whiskey barrels used to make brandy.

So I am more than pumped about BA Framinghammers. Just a little news about 2 beers I just opened over the last 2 weekends. I had a Lagerness Monster from I believe 2014 and it was fantastic. It smoothed out nicely but still had a great body. I am currently enjoying a 2014 Bridemaker. It too, has aged very nicely and is very smooth. Its quite sweet, (just as I remember) but I get a lot of subtle dark fruits I feel I may have missed before. Either way cheers to Jacks Abby for making great beer that you can drink now or age as well.

I have 1 each of BA Framinghammers of vanilla and coffee that I will probably try over the next week to see how those are now as well.

Does the Beer Hall have any TVs? Planning to stop by for dinner tomorrow since I'll be in the area but I'd like to watch some college bball too!

No tv's if I recall correctly. But you should certainly stop by, the food is very good, and the beers are great and the atmosphere is excellent!

Are the Springdale beers only available there or can they be purchased at JA on days Springdale is closed?

JA taplist is on fire right now. From BA Baltics to German pils, to NEIPA from Springdale. Had a great time there tonight.

I was able to take away all 4 Springdale IPA in cans as I left JA.

Stopped by JA on the way to Treehouse this week so was able to do some back to back tastings when we got home. Honestly we thought the Springdale So Anyways... was every bit as good as Haze and Lights On. If we'd tasted them blind I'm not sure I could have picked out which one wasn't Tree House.

Gotta love a place where you can have a great Marzen and Pilsner with lunch and then take home a 4 pack of NE IPA and a PB&J BA stout

Off topic aside: I hadn't been to Treehouse in ages so in my mind they and Trillium started to morph together a bit in my memory. I was (pleasantly) surprised at how distinct they actually were.
