    She won't make it to wife status with that attitude. My advice to you unmarried dudes is (unless you have an actual drinking problem) don't marry anyone who gives you a hard time about beer buying or consumption. In fact, get them into craft beer too and then you have a drinking buddy at home.

    My wife has no problem with me going to releases, as long as I don't ask her to go lol. She'll only go to Other Half if we go eat somewhere on Court Street. Shit, I'll buy lunch to get beer any day.

    I'm not an alcoholic but I do drink too much. Not by her standards but by mine. Her annoyance is more that I say "I'm probably only gonna get 2 4-packs" and then come home with 4. She's not anti-drinking in any way, in fact we just went to Barrier yesterday and that was her idea.

    Sorry man. Just having some fun with you young guys figuring it all out. I've had the good fortune of being with my awesome lady for 20 years (as I watch her drinking a Kane Sneakbox following her Sunday trail run). I know I have it good!

    No worries. I consider myself lucky that I found someone who will laugh at 75% of my stupid jokes (even after 5 years so she's probably not faking). It's fine if I'm the only beer nut in the house.

    Anyways, this batch of Citra is also pretty good.

    the IPA is totally different this time around, not even close to what i remember from the last time is was canned, its way better this time IMO

    I've been hitting up most releases lately so have a ton of Other Half beer right now. As much as I love everything they put out, its really nice having a nice traditional IPA in the fridge. I wish I got more than 1 4 pack.

    I was excited for it but ended up not buying it due to space issues in my fridge and having to choose one to skip. Also since I wasn't too happy with the cans I bought last time (I think the release with Debbie Downer?). That's great to hear that it's better this time, hopefully it'll be in cans again in the summer, I'll definitely buy some.

    From the keg email, not sure whats making it to cans:

    FOREVER EVER

    DDH SMALL GREEN EVERYTHING: 4.8% Session IPA w/ amarill, citra, motueka and mosaic hops and double dry hopped

    OTHER SOUTHERN: 8% South African hopped imperial IPA w / J-17, southern aroma, southern passion + southern star.

    GREEN DOWN TO THE SOCKS: 7.9% Imperial IPA w / cascade, mosaic, motueka + XJA.

    DAYDREAM IN GREEN: 8% Imperial Oat IPA hopped with Wai-Iti, Motueka, Citra.

    That wonderful feeling when you don't feel bad for missing out on DDH Mylar . . . nice lineup. I want some more Southern Passion + J17, that beer was crazy.
