VCR is cloudy but otherwise doesn't really fit the NE style to me. Very drinkable and solid but not what I wanted it to be

Pretty much my thoughts exactly...good IPA but beyond the haze it isn't really a NE IPA

I didn't mention that to say I should have charged more. I loved the beer and wish I had two bottles for myself now and not one.

And I'm not sure what the point in criticising trading is. That's why a lot of people participate in the site and half of the forums are dedicated to it.

If I can convert in-market beers to out-of-market beers that I'm interested in then there's no logic to say otherwise if it's about exploring beers, which it is for me. And I also didn't need to explain myself to you but you sound like a cry baby or someone that doesn't want to put forth the same effort as many of us to acquire a beer.

They did go to worthy owners for sure. My one buddy is stashing it and the other took it down solo last night and loved it

I picked up a mixed case and the Yum Yum 6'er was bottled 2-7-17. I have never seen something like that at Floyd's before

Got a couple of bottles of Rue today at the kiosk and a pour on draft with my skirt steak sandwich (highly recommend this). It’s an excellent beer. Also got a pour of Molten Mirrors which was a really tasty peach sour that lives up to 3Floyds pucker up sour reputation.

Just had Rue on tap. Very nice. I Couldn't tell any differences between tap and bottle.
I also had socario pina. I can't picture a pinnapple beer getting any better. I bought a bottle before it went in tap. I wish I would have bought more.

I enjoyed Sicario too. If you like pineapple I suggest seeking out Pineapple Brettanomite if GI Clybourn ever brews it again.

Popped into the brewpub on Saturday afternoon. Had the VCR/Gun/PhD/NEIPA/ and I thought it was fantastic. Mouthfeel and appearance was on point. Was juicy with a lingering but pleasant bitterness but that was mentioned in the description. I thought it was fantastic.

Call me crazy or call me drunk, 3 of us drain poured Rue after poppin' one on Huna Day.

Son of a bitch I don't wanna make an 8 hour round trip drive tonight for ba behemoth but it's my favorite beer

I just did it 10 days ago for Rue

No, it is very disappointing. If you take it out of the fridge and drink it before it warms it taste like an imperial version of the trainwreck that is BA Cherry Alpha Klaus...

The BA Behemoth bottles this year specifically mention they are aged in Woodford barrels.

Gotta think doing that on Huna day also played a factor...wrecked palates are cranky palates...

Loved my two pours of Rue on draft at the brewery but haven't had the bottled version yet. FYI, it looks like Rue is off draft and BA Behemoth isn't on yet. Maybe this weekend or next week I'd guess for pours

Rue is goddamn delicious. You must be crazy and were drunk. That beer is amazing. Both 3 Floyds version and Bruery version were great.
