I could be wrong, but I thought more places ran out a lot earlier (westbrook kicked before 12:30) than the year before.

 

Say what you'd like, this event was ran very very smoothly and I don't think I could find a flaw even if I tired. For Christ sakes even the cheesesteak food truck was wonderful.

I met a lot of great people (luckily I didn't run into the peachy gentleman from cleveland, sounds like a Browns fan)

Bake and MBP were really good but I think 3 sons was in a league of its own. Without a doubt I'll be back next year for the entire week.

 

Cheesesteak Truck was on point. And I hate the Browns. And you probably did run into me Hung with a lot of folks from PA for a good while, for whatever reason.

Some folks got the wrong idea about me. I don't put effort into things that suck and aren't worth it. Cheers.

 

Lol I probably did and I completely agree with that man. I am on board with being a little mindfucked that a meadary won the best BEER and BREWERY. Although both offerings were absolutely awesome it's just a little weird, but that sums up Florida in general, awesome but always has weird stuff going on.

When do they usually announce the date? Never been before and want to try to travel down this year.

 

Info on HD has usually been "teased" by now, but I've heard that The Park may not be available this year due to The Lightning having a 1:00 Home Game on March 10

 

that sounds like BS to me, they had a 7:00 home game the Friday before in 2016.

 

Why would that matter?...that's the night before..has ZERO effect on HD..this year the game is right in the middle of HD which would mean huge logistical issues..also the last two HD's were announced the September prior...this year were almost in November and still no info...hell were only about 5 weeks away from when tickets went onsale last year..something is definitely up

 

Simple solution. Move the hockey game. People like beer more than hockey anyway.

 

my bad, went the wrong way on the calendar and thought the 10th was friday, but that said, they had a home game while the Tampa Oktoberfest was going on at Curtis Hixton this year, really doesn't seem to matter that much for big events

 

If its going to be part of Tampa Bay Beer Week, it would have to be Sat. March 10. To not be part of TBBW would lose them business, so I bet the 10th will be the date.

 

You're right. Huna day has always been the second Sat in March. The 10th should be the date.
