I live in Morris county and plan on doing some brewery tours but would like to hit more than one each trip geography permitting. Some naturals I have thought of are Kane/Carton, Troon/Conclave , Brix city/Alementary, Czig/Jersey girl/Man skirt. Are there other good combos that someone can recommend? Thanks in advance

Referend suits your Conclave / Troon run. I know there are several near Forgotten Boardwalk but I haven't done that route so I'll let others speak to it. Kane and Carton aren't very close, and I'd be remiss if I didnt shout out Little Dog and Jughadle during that Kane run. Perfectly executed traditional styles & a new up and coming brewer, respectively.

Troon is very very small not much to tour but Alex is a really good dude and he'll answer any questions you have and fill your growlers with some incredible beer

Yeah I see carton and kane about 15 miles apart but their about 60 miles from me so trying them both at once seemed practical. Maybe not.

Not trying to dissuade - Carton is my favorite brewery and easily my favorite taproom experience.

I've done both of them several times. It's a pretty scenic drive from Carton to Kane if you're not in a rush. About 25 minutes.

I will second (or third) that Carton Lane is not a bad drive.

Or, head north on 287 And do Industrial Arts and Rushing Duck.

If you are headed south: Spellbound/Village Idiot, Tonewood/Devil's Creek, Kelly Green/Human Village, Forgotten Boardwalk/Lunacy, Tuckahoe/Ludlam Island

If you are including brew pubs, Twin Elephant and Trap Rock are about 5 miles apart.

Carton and Belford are 5 minutes apart. Then you can drive to Kane and do Jughandle. I wouldn't miss out on Jughandle. Very cool space and good beers with plenty of styles.

I live in Hoboken and any time I make a run to Carton or Kane I stop at both. Its pretty easy.

There are 3 breweries in eastern Union county now. Climax in Roselle Park, Wet Ticket in Rahway and Two Ton in Linden. There not far apart but it could be time consuming to drive between them.

Alementary (Hackensack) and Brix City (Little Ferry?) could be easily knocked off together.

OOPS! Saw that you had it!

Oooooooooooh - my time to shine?

Obviously, Monmouth County has quite the plethora of places. And I'm local, so, that one is easy.

I have done or will do the following trips:
    1. Spellbound/Village Idiot/Third State
    2. Cricket Hill/Magnify/Twin Elephant
    3. Alementary/Brix City/Departed Soles
    4. Ship Bottom/Pinelands/Backwards Flag
    5. Cape May/Slack Tide/Ludlam/Cold Spring
    6. Glasstown/Three 3's/Tomfoolery
    7. Tonewood/Double Nickel/Devil's Creek
    8. Forgotten Boardwalk/Lunacy/Flying Fish
    9. Hackettstown Trio
    10. Flounders/Demented/Cypress
    11. Conclave/Troon/Empanadas

That's a good question. I've been to the other 2 but never to Two Ton, just know it's close.

To my knowledge, Two Ton has only been on tap and bottles in stores.
