How about if it does come down to needing a secondary tie-breaker, we pick the total points scored in the National Championship to break the tie ? Seems better than random number

 

Sorry, I was referring to the 2nd tie breaker.
1. Overall seed total.
2. Highest overall individual seed

So, 2 tied at 18, but the Wichita State 10 seed is the 2nd tie breaker...

 

I don't think there is a 2nd tiebreaker, and it wouldn't be fair to establish the 2nd tiebreaker based on picks that have already happened. If a 2nd tiebreaker is needed, then I am fine with total points in the national championship game if I'm one of the people tied. There's still a long way to go, but I would also be fine working out a split of the boxes if I'm involved in a scenario where a secondary tiebreaker would be needed.

 

I agree, that was not established.

I'd also be up for a split should it come down to it in deciding between 1/2 or 2/3, however if two are tied for 3rd you can't because 4th would be a shipper.

 

I"m fine splitting. It does only mention the primary tie breaker. I was just assuming what secondary would be.

Let's worry about it when it happens... should be some good games this weekend.

How about the Final 4 and National Championship - certainly some entertaining games.
Too bad Xaiver had to upset Zona ( esp cuz I had Zona winning in 2 different pools) - because that was a bit of an anticlimactic ending to this pool, although I can't complain, but would've been fun to see it make it a bit farther.
