Twin Elephant Brewing to open

had it (typo in my post - says Drawing - damn auto correct). I liked it. nice roast, little bit of spice and good hoppy finish.

 

love the whammy beers - never had a straight Vic Secret hop before.. wonder what the flavor profile is. Whammosaic is up there as one of my faves from them. hope to get in to try them all on Saturday...

 

Here now. Whammy Vic secret, nice but not nearly as good as whammosaic. Suppose that's just the Hop profile. Light citrus, floral, very easy drinking though.

 

Table legs was decent, hint of that funky saison yeast and tart fruit. Good porch pounder. Lobster resort may have a touch too much coriander. Comes through on the nose. Oddly the table legs is more sour than the gose but guess that's the fruit not the lacto. Still nice for their first gose. And at 3.9 also a summer crusher. But in all these 3 are middle of the road for these guys. But props for the varied styles. Always appreciate the variety.

 

A little bit of a filter on there, but thats a nice looking brew.

 

waiting on the next canning of Lil Shimmy Ye, which should also be soon... ... though those Diamonds and Pearls labels look sharp.

 

saw that - good for them, and wish them luck (for as much as this ranking is worth)... while I haven't had a few of the others in the final 8, and I'm sure many think Twin Elephant is as questionable as Eight & Sand, or Village Idiot - I do think there is a viable argument they could be top 10 in the state...

Yes I know that. However I wouldn't say it's one of his favorite - I'm not sure he's even been there before...
