Won't it be easier if I just drink my unlabeled cans? Lol

I read that to mean "undress" all the cans you plan to keep for yourself, so that you can more easily distinguish them from ones you will trade.

Not sure what the general sentiment around Daydream In Green is but I cracked my growler last night and while it was good, I thought Dream In Green was much better in every aspect.

I had Daydream in Green last night and I really liked it. I bought just 2 4 packs as the lactose scared me off (we don't have anyone making NEIPA's with lactose in Chicago). I wish I had bought another but I'll be enjoying the remainders. Also had my mini-growler of Nummy Nug Nug which was pretty good too

I personally thought it was a little bit forgettable. I would have preferred it without lactose, to be frank.

Drinking a Daydream in Green right now. I'm loving this one. Reminds me of the memories I have of No Layups. Great taste and mouthfeel. Definitely prefer this over Green Down to the Socks, which was no slouch either.

Daydream in green is excellent, is a little hot which is weird for an 8.1% beer, however it was super tasty and should only get better with another week on it.

Agreed. It has a unique flavor profile (does anyone else taste strawberry candy?) and the mouthfeel is pillowy, but that drying, alcoholic finish really builds as it warms. Not something I typically get from OH beers below 9-10%. That being said, it's just as good as some of the Tired Hands milkshakes IMO, so I'm hoping they can dial in the style with future iterations.

What other OH beers have lactose? I'm not sure I've ever had a beer with lactose unless one of theirs had it and I didn't realize.

Had a DDH Forever Simcoe Tuesday night that was tasting excellent. Don't think it's really fallen off at all since the one I had day of release

I don't know of any either, though I don't claim to know every beer they make. I just meant to say that I thought it was like a riff on a milkshake, but without it being as dessert-y as a milkshake. I would have preferred they went 'all the way' and fruit+vanilla'd it, or just ditch the lactose and make it a 'regular' IPA. If that makes sense.

I do not get lactose IPAs at all. Granted I've only tried a few Tired Hands varieties, but no thanks.

I thought it was mango white chocolate and lactose. I could be completely wrong. Been awhile.

Having my last Forever Simcoe and drinking great now... better than a few weeks ago IMO. Straight dank peach and citrus juice.
