Just picked up a 6 of this yesterday. I haven't had a whole lot of Threes yet but this is by far my favorite I've tasted. Delicious single with great juicy aroma (mosaic maybe?) to match. Only $16 for a 6 pack at the bottle shop. The one can of Greenpoint Instant Cred that I got there was $8... I'd say this is the better buy. Go get some!

 

Completely agree. I got a 6 pack also, and wish I got more. Super crushable.

 

Stopped by for the first time today. Not only did I really enjoy the Threes beers I tried on tap, but I was able to pick up a nice selection of beers in the bottleshop not available to me in Jersey. Very pleased with my adventure today.

 

My Brooklyn excursions are awesome, with the exception of the $29 bridge tolls. But hey, every 2-3 months is worth it.

True. But I like to stock up on OH, Threes (plus their bottle shop stuff), Interboro and Greenpoint every few months. Otherwise Kane, Carton and other NJ beers do just fine.

Thanks for the review. I picked up a single of this and regret not getting more - wow! Best hoppy beer I've had from Threes.

 

I enjoyed Temporary Identity far more than I enjoyed Bad Wallpaper from a previous canning run.

So for those who participate in pre-sales... is it worth getting it for the SFY? Last time they had pre-sales for Temporary Identity but I was able to Connor McGregor walk into Three's and just pick up a 6 pack.

 

Hard to say. I can say that SFY was really good. I did the presale for that one the first time it was released because I knew I'd be combining my stop with other Brooklyn breweries that day.

 

I'll be there for sure next weekend so I think I'll partake in the presale just to be sure. Thanks!

 

Cool, thanks. This is my first pre-order - loved Unreliable Narrator on tap at Pony Bar

 

Anyone have the recent unreliable and SFY? SFY is excellent, and a bit too easy to drink at 9.4%. I didnt love Unreliable Narrator on first pass, but there are 3 more in the fridge to help me change my mind

 

Had SFY last night. Pretty damn good.
