    Anybody know anything about this?

I guess I'm specifically wondering if it's going to hit Denver, but it seems information is very scarce in general about it. I've heard it's hit the states already and expected to hit Cali sometime soon.

I'm also wondering if this is worthwhile, anybody try it yet?

Definitely want to get my hands on this one. Really enjoyed the lambicus blanche when I tried it a few weeks ago, and I enjoy their gueuze as well. The super sweet stuff isn't my jam, so hopefully this isn't super sweet.

Thats what I'd like to know as well. Is it a pasteurized and backsweetened lambic or not?

    Cheers!

i see no lines for lambic. if somebody wants to make one from celery or loquats or burdock or carambolas (actaully, that would be awesome) or pawpaws or rutabega im down....so pumpkin sounds fine to me.
    bring it on!

I don't know if this is the beer that FeDUBBELFIST is talking about, but Jackie O's made (and bottled) Funky South Paw.

Rhubarb should take that brew to new levels of tart and sour...Sounds incredible.

We tried the pumpkin lambic at a big pumpkin tasting yesterday. The overall impression that most people had was, "eh". No one thought it was particularly good or bad.

That is the one. Even though I reviewed this beer back in August, I just logged it the other day. Apologies for the thread derail, but for those interested, here it is: http://beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/1432/64158

It wasn't a lambic but a local nanobrewery made a Rhubarb Saison that was pretty awesome. And I'm not a fan of rhubarb or saisons generally
