    i doubt there are details about a second chance offering.. shit got messed up last year and i believe they also had an odd number of some variants so full sets couldn't be made so a second lotto that Kane ran themselves I believe was organized.

    I imagine this year won't be like that and any second chance will be similar to the extra bottles that were available when DB ANTEAD was available
