Someone on instagram, not Aslin, said they were sold out.

They had about two cases of each left in the fridge when I was there at 5:30.

Thanks for the info! Seems like most, if not all cans will be gone. I have off tomorrow so maybe I'll go for growlers

Around 7:30, there were 2 cases +/- of Joose, that was it.

Thanks! Anyone tried Joose and know how it's tasting? The rain coming tomorrow limiting my interest in waiting in line for cans if it's similar to Master of oranges

Both beers are solid. Nothing off with either of them. I wouldn't say either beer is "juicy" like some of their other beers. Both are closer to grapefruit juice than anything else. Worth trying for sure.

Thanks! Sounds like it's worth at least some growler fills. Maybe I'll get there earlier enough for possible cans.

It's good but I wouldn't buy it again at $6/can, you can get a sample pour before you buy a growler which is the one nice thing about getting growler fills vs. buying cans. It has a malty/sweet finish and I thought it was slightly undercarbed but thankfully no throat burning hop particles.

I wouldn't buy it for $6 a can when I can get it for $4.50 at the brewery

Those are lies. They just posted they have 10 cases of Joose Pun available...19 min ago.

I believe the confusion lies in the way that they stock the fridge. It seems like their approach is to stock the cooler with a limited amount as opposed to what they actually have remaining. Again, when I was there-and @2dogbrew later in the evening-the cooler was essentially empty. In the future, it might be helpful if folks who report back have actually asked staff approx how much is remaining as opposed to going by appearances alone.

I noticed something interesting yesterday during the release. I'd say close to 50% of the people were not getting the maximum allotment of beer.

That's funny coming from the guy who said they were sold out on Instagram. Of course they don't have all the beer in that cooler, it can only hold like 30 cases or so.

I've only got the full allotment when they were just doing 4 of each beer, I don't need 24 16oz double IPAs. Unless you are buying for other people, trading or can't make it very often then there is no reason to get a full allotment.

Yeah I split it with a friend which works out great.

I deleted the comment once I realized I was incorrect so people weren't misinformed. I'm not just talking about the cooler. In past releases, they typically have beer sitting on pallets next to the cooler. That was not the case yesterday. Seems strange that they would schlep case-by-case from the walk-in.

Beer is usually canned the day before, sometimes a couple days before, it goes back in the cooler, and then brought out for the day of sale...it's a pain in the ass, but it's what is going on now...

Sure, but clearly not all of it is brought out on the day of sale. At least not yesterday.

I'd say 90% of it was brought out, they were sold out of Dunley by 6:30 or so...it's a constant replenishing from 3-5 pm of what has been purchased...

Had some Jooce Pun on Friday. I'm not too impressed. It isn't bad but I was hoping for more juice.
