Anyone have an idea of how long bottles will last?

 

I'm hearing it's sold out at the Station already.

 

That was unfortunately super quick. Must not have made much (again).

 

I just bought 4 bottles. There isn't much left, so if you want it...you better hurry.

 

Just walked out with a case at Appalachian Vintner in Asheville

Sold out at the station very quickly. Had more at app vintner with a case limit originally but they've dropped that now. It'll be gone there soon. Such a fantastic beer. One of, if not the best BA barleywines out there, in my opinion

 

Dammit. Was hoping for a later release.

 

FYI - It's not sold out at the Station, just bought four bottles. About sixteen bottles in plain view and some boxes on the floor that could be more.

 

Just picked up some at App Vintner. Still have some.

 

It was all gone at the Station when I left at 6.

 

Can someone tell me if they still have it at Appalachian vintner.. limits and whether or not they will have some tomorrow @ open?

 

I posted at 722 that they still had it. Limit is 6pp.

 

I called Vintner at 9:45 and they said they just sold out

 

They're going to open up this morning and say... April fools!

Yes April Fool's as everyone drives up too find they are in fact sold out.

 

So I'd heard there were red wine barrels in the mix this year and it certainly tastes like it. Not as sweet, and less of that rich raisiny flavor. The trade off is that it's more complex to me. Looking forward to seeing how it ages.
