Do we expect madness at Church Key tomorrow? It's hard to judge but I'm guessing people will lineup a good bit in advance. But I'm hoping (nothing wrong with false hope) it'll be more spread out.

 

I'll be there tomorrow. Hopefully no one has heard about the event, but I expect loads of loads of loads of people.

 

Dumbest question of the weekend. 200+ people on Facebook "going" and 600+ people "interested". And that's just the people who bothered to tick it off on Facebook.

 

Probably especially towards later in the day. It is an all day event, so it will probably be in waves.

 

I would get Abner, Everett, and the Double series will be the first to go so if you want any of those you should be there early.

Anyone know if any of the NW DC stores are selling four packs of Singlecut?

 

Macgruders had Billy Full Stack 4 packs on thursday. They were not on the shelf though, you have to ask for them at growler station. think it was 24$. Conn Ave also had this week, but guessing that is gone by now.

Yea, I know. Their website specifically states where they distribute. DC is not listed, nor did they announce expanded distro into DC. I think it's safe to assume this is a one off thing due to CBC.

 

They did the same thing last year in Philly for their beer week.

Was thinking of going to Churchkey in a bit. How's the crowd? Anything good left?

 

Just left churchkey. Had a seat at bar. Line is still long outside. It's not super crowded inside, so once you get in you should be able to grab beers easily

Just picked up KBS @ TW Chantilly. They had a ton of it. Limit 2 , $7 per. I used a 15% off coupon to save a few pennies.
