Bruery 2017 RS/HS Allocations

What other info would you like? I mean the description notes are layed out and well suffice.

 

After X number of times overselling, wouldn't it seem logical for someone in a position of power to make the call that they should only sell 90% of the inventory they think they have available (or whatever percentage is appropriate based on historical overselling)? Mistakes happen, but when they're repeated enough times over a long enough time span, it becomes negligence.

 

For 1 bottle of BT, I will write a technically sound and effective letter to you CC company in efforts of having the money refunded. No guarantees, but bad business is bad business regardless of whether you enjoy sucking beer from the teet that feeds OR you are locked in and in for the long haul as a RS/HS member.

 

Hey - I split a membership in hoarders with a guy who lives in LA. I am visiting LA for the day unfortunately he is unable to meet me for a beer during my short stay. So I will be visiting the area for the first time. I was wondering if somebody who is also either in hoarders or RS wants the opportunity to let me buy them a beer and let me try some of the "rarer" offerings for members. I land at LAX at noon - should be there within the hour. Message me and we can work something out!

Was in Atlanta & NY for most of November and December for family issues. Then had to take a job in Montana from Jan - March due to lack of work in LA. Arranged for beer to be shipped to my place and only opened it up last week when I got home.

 

I don't know why SHODriver feels justified in asking that question. It's none of his or our business. This thread gets so weird and personal sometimes.

The email communication lately has been horrific. It took a couple weeks to get a reply. I even called them directly, and got the run around; with no resolve. They did say "sorry" though when they finally emailed back..... Im a long time RS & HS member, and this will be my last year. There's plenty of great beer in the market, and more reasonably priced.

i'm in the pro-Bruery camp myself. but don't understand why you would be making excuses for them (unless you are a fulfillment center employee). if there's an issue shipping beer and being able to respond to emails then it sounds like a staffing / Bruery issue. not the fault of members who order beer

 

You won't be there till at least 2, I am guessing you haven't been to LAX and had to wait over an hour four your bags. If even you don't have bags you'd be lucky to be there by 1:30.

It's not a reasonable question, as to why you haven't picked up beer for 7 months when you are 50 + miles away? It's that personal?

It has been a while since I have been in the area. That makes it later in the day for people to be off work to drink beer..

 

To answer this, I think so. Sad, because I loved the variety of barrels and the tastes, but a lot of people complained about too many options, too pricey, too much to have to order/ship, etc. The Madiera Sucre was unreal, and Portuguese Brandy Bois was like drinking Elle MacPherson's essence.
