    You'd be surprised. My in-laws have family in Michigan City, Indiana. That's pretty far north (in Indiana). They definitely share some sentiment with the South and it rising again.

    TBH, I've seen more self-branding with confederate flags in the North than the South throughout the entirety of my life. I was born in Texas and have spent a lot of time in Louisiana and Florida as well. For most people I know in Ohio and Michigan that do this, it's more of an "in your face" thing, and there's a glaring lack of historical relevance or awareness in all of that.

    I'm surprised more people don't like the metal and hardcore stuff they book. I'm really stoked that Amon Amarth is playing, but HIGHLY doubt I will make it until their set. I'm also wondering if drinking horns will be allowed into the fest?

    I don't see why not. We bring in literal tons of giant glass bottles. As long as it's empty to start, since it is a container.

    They haven't, but it's safe to assume they're the closing act which won't go on until last. With DLD ending at 9 I'm guessing they'll go on at 7:30.

    Just checked my confirmation email from etix and it states this for shipping. That FedEx grain of salt just got bigger.
