Yes, there were a couple options for shipping tickets.

I don't recall there being an option to change the shipping method. That being said, I was in such a rush to get the order submitted that I probably did not pay much attention to the shipping method.

It's not possible. It's in the Geneva Convention. Look it up.

If I remember correctly, the difference in the shipping charge between USPS and FedEx for the tickets was like $6-7 compared with approx. $20. Easy to not remember, as I don't think that is much of a choice at all if you have any faith in the postal service.

Last year I went the FedEx route and I got my tickets after many people had already received theirs with USPS. This year I choose not to spend the extra $ for no good reason.

USPS are beasts. I don't know how they do it, but in my experience, they go at lightspeed compared to FedEx, and FedEx ain't no slouch usually.

...talking many things, not just tickets

Does USPS also send an e-mail notification when tickets are shipped?

I thought I remembered seeing one before, but it depends on the shipper. I can't say for certain regarding these ones.

I went with USPS last year and did receive a notification that my tickets shipped. Email was sent through Etix with a tracking #.

I sent Etix an e-mail inquiring about the tickets. I'm curious to see their response. The lack of info lately has me bored. I'll post their response as soon as I hear something.

I think we need to find @ChiCubs78 a hobby to keep himself busy over the next month.

Or, that's funny, we don't see your name on the list. We'd better refund your payment.

No doubt. FFF probably gave them pre-typed responses to use.
This is my hobby. Always the poopy head you are. :flushed:
It'd be worse for my buddy as I sold him my set of tickets. My wife has the good ones

    BREAKING NEWS!

    Per Etix:

"The venue is shipping the tickets this week. It usually takes 7-10 days for delivery."

    So, there we have it.
