As warm weather approaches I just shift to lower ABV...more lagers, Gose etc. and less of the high ABV brews and beers that are black or brown in color. Otherwise I still drink all types of beer all year though.

My favorite OMB beer after Mecktoberfest which IMO is the best fest beer made in USA.

Spring - Really missing Troegs Cultivator this year. And after losing Victory St. Boisterous a few years ago, I have no readily-available Maibocks to go to. Oh well, life goes on.

Summer - Troegs Sunshine Pils (and lots of it), Victory Summer Love, Lancaster Kolsch, Anderson Valley Blood Orange and Briney Melon Goses, Weihenstephaner Original, Stoudt's Gold and Pils, Sly Fox Pikeland Pils and Helles Lager, Yuengling Summer Wheat, Yards Brawler.

I like it as well or better than most of the German imports as well.

Blackrocks Classic Pilsner (When I can get my hands on it)

What I really want though, is for Surly to bring back Bitter Brewer. That was such a great spring seasonal.

I just found out that my Summer mainstay for the past 4 years; Naragansett Summer Ale is no longer available in Upstate NY. I might as well have been diagnosed with cancer

Unibroue La Fin Du Monde is my favorite summer beer for the money? I had one yesterday for the first time in four months and was surprised how great it tasted after drinking imperial stouts all winter. I will also try various ipa's and Vienna lagers.

Spring "go to" every year is Sierra Nevada Hoptimum when it's released (historically late April early May).

    Man, I love that stuff!!!

So far it's been my homebrew table saison.

Any saison will do, as long as it's dry.

    Some favorites:
    Songbird
    Saison Dupont
    Saison Brett
    Prairie Standard

As a rule, I don't drink "seasonally"...but in the summer months especially I find myself reaching for Guinness Extra.
It defines stout (and is refreshing as hell besides).

I recently posted in the Troegs Cultivator thread (Mid-Atlantic forum):

Has anybody had this year's Stoudts Maibock yet? They won gold for this beer at last year's World Beer Cup.

    Cheers!
