    I did just see a screenshot on the facebook DLD page of an email from Worldwide Ticketcraft stating that the guy's tickets were sent out. Seemed sketchy at first so I looked up Worldwide Ticketcraft. Turns out they make the tickets for Etix. So...

    *Insert much larger grain of salt here*

    That sounds unique, yet enticing. With just the DL and pork, or other seasonings? Crock pot or oven or...? How will it be served?

    I am thinking crock pot or maybe my bigger electric roaster. I would toss is some garlic and s/p. maybe do carrots, potatoes, onion, and mushrooms.

    Strain the Dark Lord/ drippings and reduce after to form a gravy (maybe cheat and use xanthan gum)

    Serve family style

    Oh my...that could really work. And bonus points for being brave enough to sacrifice a DL to find out. Of course, you'd have to post pics for us to see the results and provide us with the verdict.

    I've known of several people using either Crime or Punishment from Stone for this exact usage. Fantastic as a meat marinade! :stuck_out_tongue:
