Personal preference - I'm not motivated by the variant, I've just had better times the earlier in the day that I've gone. Later in the day it just gets too sloppy for my tastes.

How does it compare to other breweries in Indy for you?

Deviate is my favorite by far. Second is Black Acre.

 

I don't normally comment on people pointing out spelling mistakes, but since you cared about it at 11:30 at night, you clearly don't drink enough beer to care about DLD (that stands for Dark Lord Day)

I agree with that assessment. I like daredevil as well. Most of the downtown breweries are pretty bad.

I feel like I'm the only one that didn't receive DLD tickets yesterday. I hope they arrive today or panic mode will start to set in.

The previous two years I've gone I have been in Group E. This year I have Group A, so I'm extra nervous about getting them.

 

I feel like the hype from everyone getting their tickets yesterday has worn off.

No doubt there are. I drank a lot of Pliny last year with one of them. I bet there's some European traveler somewhere.
