If your Binny's is Lincolnwood, Hazel's already sold out. They had equal #'s a few days ago but for some reason Hazel was more popular!!

Also, I tried Hazel's Nuts and it is a Hazelnut BOMB!!! I like that profile but man, it was over the top. I split a 12oz bottle with 5 people and I'm not sure I could handle much more than that. I haven't had previous vintages so I can't compare...

It's always been pretty heavy on the hazelnut but this year's seems to be the strongest.

It is a hazelnut bomb, but dang it if that isn't why I love it ... Its one of the few sweet stouts I really like.

Had both at Bolingbrook Binnys. No limit so I assume it moves fast

I was surprised to see it at Binny's in Lincoln Park the other day. Heck, I traded for both Hazel and Rye last month. Made sure I grabbed a few of each. The question is, will those two see regular distro in our area?

Bloomingdale Binny's has both Rye Hipster and Hazel's on the shelf - no limit on both

Yep. All of this. I really didn't care for Hipster Brunch and was pretty certain I'd never buy again. Was given a Rye Hipster as an extra in a trade and thought it was fantastic. Something about how the rye spice plays with that beer.

Downstate Binny's got a drop of Rye and Hazel's too. Nice little surprise.

Plenty of Rye Hipster at Lakeview Binny's at about 1:30 today. Everything they had was on the shelves, though, so no more in back. Hazel's was gone - apparently they only got one case of that, but 3 cases of Rye Hipster.

Why spend so much time chasing down Hazel's Nuts when Deeze Nuts are so easy to come by?!

Was in the burbs earlier and there was some Hipster at the Binny's in Orland. That was maybe around three or so and there was a handful left. On another note, Gargoyle Love Song this year is pretty solid.

Had it last year and thought it was p. Good. Did they add coffee this year? Remember it just being a ba stout.

So finally got to try Parabola after wanting to for quite some time and I must say I was pretty disappointed, it didn't wow me whatsoever.

Also tried Imperial Pajamas and Hazelnut Pajamas and thought both were awesome, especially Hazelnut. I've never had such a positive reflection of Hazelnut in a beer, really well done.

Yes, there is coffee, vanilla and coca nibs if I recall correctly. It's a tad thin for how I like my stouts, but the flavor is there imo.

The last time I had Parabola, it reminded me of a slightly sweeter BCS (I believe the guy in charge of FW's BA program came from GI, so that makes sense). It's an excellent beer, but I don't feel the need to go out for it, given how easy it is to pick up as much BCS as I want.

(on the other hand, it's been a few years, so it's possible Parabola has changed since then, as BCS certainly has)
