friday evening is such an odd time for a sale

 

It froze on me, but was able to get two of them. Now, the past part of these releases, going on social media and seeing people crying about missing out.

 

It was strange. Refreshed at 6 and even after the 6pm mark it kept on saying that the event wasn't on sale till 6. Wouldn't change over and then finally had to open a new browser a few minutes later and was unavailable.

Oh well. Wonder if the second can will sell fast?

 

Eventbrite acts weirder and weirder for me every single can release. This time the tickets button popped up but when I clicked on it it said it wasn't on sale yet. Refreshed immediately and it said it was sold out. Someone's got Deep Blue working on these can releases, I swear.

 

Hostile is seriously delicious. Wow.

 

@Majikaw. The same thing happened to me when I pressed tickets. Was tapping refresh like no tomorrow, so I know I was in, but then....I wasn't.

 

I'm in the OC this weekend so tried to get the down down release on the eventbrite site. I was golfing so set my alarm and kept hitting refresh from 5:59 until 6:05. No luck, so I gave up when it was my turn to tee off. We don't do the web sales in Norcal so it was a bit of a culture shock. I was able to trade the Monkish/Other Half sour release from today for a 4 pack of down down at Bottle Logic today, which was pretty fortuitus for me, since I don't care for sours. It's a very solid hazy IPA!

 

Down Down is definitely better than Up Up.

 

How does Hostile compare to the Berlinear Equations?

 

Tried down down and hostile intent last night on tap. Wasn't all that impressed with down down, but Hostile Intent was pretty fantastic. Total juice bomb.

 

More fruit character in my opinion. Super impressed with Hostile.

 

Also wasn't huge on down down (I think I'm getting tired of haze though) but Hostile Intent was great.

Jam the Radar will be a Level Up sale only at this point, but depending on the number of Byzantine Vision bottles returned, there MAY be a public sale.

also, fuck yeah on direct trade ins on my level 1 byz bottles for a level 2 rar beer that i like even better. bottle logic, fuck yeah.

 

It's probably Level 2 because of the fact that the odds for a public sale are significantly lower.

 

So is JTR guna only be 1pp for members or is there guna be a second sale for more bottles at any point?

 

The email says we won't know until June if there will be a public sale for JTR. Depends on what's left after the Byzantine swap.

 

basically the break down is pretty simple. two days for level up folks, then a month of potential exchanges and then they'll do a count to see what goes to potential public sale.

 

Has it been confirmed if people can trade in all of the bottles they bought from stores, or is it limited to 3pp since that was the max available on Eventbrite?

 

Doesn't sound like it's limited to Eventbrite purchases as it did go to distribution.
