I'm used to having what I say / think be discarded out of hand, so well done! I'm glad you didn't take what I sad as being dick ish - not my intent.

As for the lines - Here's how I think it plays out. Last year, when everyone had the option of a variant choice, the lines still moved super fast, no? I seem to recall hearing that the A group was through the line in no time, despite having the option to choose. So, once the A group is in the process of buying, if those so inclined want to enter the chutes, so be it - there's tons of line space there, so they simply open the gate, and let the line move in so far. As the B line grows, and the A line diminishes, then the front of the line is allowed to move a little further. And so on, until A is done, they close the doors for the group, and then B is waiting at the doors for the their time window. I really think everyone is overthinking this line thing, is my point.

And to be clear on the lines - I love standing in them at DLD, for maybe an hour or so, with good shares happening and meeting new peeps. Great times. But then, there's the confinement, and the morans who can't plan ahead and start pissing all over, etc etc.

Yeah, I'm in Omaha on bidness today, and the weather here is miserable - 39 effing degrees, 20-30 mph wind, cold rain, and gray.

Basically a step up from last year's DLD>.......and it's heading to Chicago.

Had a friend that was trashed in group B line in 2015. As many recall the line moved slow and it was raining pretty good. He decided to cover himself with his umbrella and proceeds to piss right there in line. To his credit it was pouring and no one else noticed.

 

I believe it's the FFF and R. Kelly collaboration.

What historical Dark Lord variants made use of spices other than chem and temeculan?

Chem sounds like it could be really good, but I took at chance at temeculan last year and regretted it.

 

Well Earl of Biggleswade. I had the 2014 and thought it was actually pretty good.

The 2015 version was a bit different, but I havent tried it.

 

What's everyone draw to Bourbon DL.. I HAD the 2014(blue wax) one and thought it was just as meh as regular DL..... Has it gotten better in 2015 and 2016??

It's at the bottom of my list right now.. Unless i hear differently

 

I've had Bourbon DL on draft several times and always thought it was fantastic. 2015 stood out.
