Just got a call from the Hampton in Munster, they were making sure that I got DLD tickets and still wanted my room. That was nice of them.

Yeah, some BA barleywines & Bruery Anniversary beers are a good way to keep going all day.

Mikerphone. Poetic Hustler comes out tomorrow, which I will have in my bag unless it sells out before I get off work (god, I hope not). He may or may not have something cool next week before DLD/Pale Pauper.

Corridor is the new hot place. Squeeze It is gone, but there's a new Simcoe pale ale tonight. Probably grabbing one for DLD as well.

Forbidden Root and Noon Whistle are two others, but I don't think they have done anything in a few weeks. NW still has two Gummy's on tap, I may swing by and test them out on draft before committing to a crowler.

My parents live in Lansing, so I'll be staying there Friday and Saturday night. If any hotel guests aren't doing any bottle shares, you should head over to One Trick Pony. It's only about a 10-minute drive from Munster, and the beer there is great! I'm sure I'll be there Friday night

    So far my list is

    Jester King Aurelian Lure
    New Glarus Champ Du Blanc
    Huna 2016

They'll be 3 or 4 more bombers, so we'll see.

And then for free pours that I won't be drinking, but only passing out to others

    Hipster Brunch
    Bbpt5
    Hazels nuts

That Hop Butcher Coffee stout is AMAZING. I am bringing my last can. It was voted hands down favorite at a little coffee Stout share a few buddies of mine had. Beat BCBCS, big hugs, coffee eclispe and several other much more expensive beers.

Thanks! I've had alot of the noon whistle and mikerphone stuff. Have yet to try corridor. Where are they located? Being in the far NW burbs seems to screw me as far as releases that are only available closer to the city.

I thought I saw a couple days ago in this thread that FFF said they were releasing a new information post this week. Can anyone confirm that?

Those bottles are likely one of the variant's I'd say, considering they're primarily white, or they could be something for the pre-DLD release.

I'm sure they appreciate customers that want to keep them a secret and limit their success.

Very good brunch too. I was there a couple months ago, but can't wait to get back.

I appreciate not waiting an hour to sit down to eat dinner and enjoy some good brews.... for now

Their food/beer is way better than Dryhop which was their sister restaurant.

The answer is that we need more good places, not to keep the good places a secret. That isn't very BeerAdvocately.

It's in Wrigleyville on Southport. Very close to the Brown Line stop, which is how I will get there.

I wouldn't necessarily say their food is better. DryHops burger is ridiculously good. I just see Corridor as a notch more sophisticated/gourmet than DryHop. I'm just glad that Corridor, at least, is improving the quality of their beer. I am excited to try DryHop's first RIS this month. Hopefully they both start to amp up the quality of beer because the food is all-around satisfying.

    This.

Anybody who feels that Corridor is still a secret hasn't been paying attention to that thread...
