    Worst of the bunch honestly.

Took a peek at the 2016 statements and of course a lot of talk about the SABMiller deal but then there is a general acquisition/sales of subsidiaries item that seems to lump everything together. No direct mention of the Devil's Backbone transaction last year that I could find.

I *believe* they can roll up all of the acquisition costs (across all acquisitions) into a single line item for the purpose of regulatory filings.

Font Flora is out as well, if it hasn't been mentioned. Sad day for me, I looked forward to this festival every year. In fact, I will still go, as I am local and think highly of Eben Charities, but understand why folks feel the way they do (Brewers and BA's).

I may have missed it, but has SARA said anything out of curiosity?

Well here's to shorter lines at the funkatorium. Which... won't happen anyways.

Let's not kid ourselves- the beer isn't gonna change over night, I honestly don't expect it to go down hill myself.

People will hold to their convictions and that's fine too.

At least Fonta Flora is having their own festival next month. I think all the breweries dropping out of funk Invitational should just join in on state of origin.

I don't expect the beer to get worse. It could get better and I still wouldn't be buying it. In an increasingly crowded market, I'm not too upset that WW has given me a great reason not to bother with buying their shit anymore.

According to a Vendini rep i was talking to at Huna day. Vendini shipped 4200 wrist bands (more than last year) and another 500 were given directly to CCB (probably the volunteer and brewery ones). They would have some more as the batch of Huna was much larger. I remember reading from the city that the park can hold up to 6k people for events. There were still a shit ton of people there and it rocked. Now back to beating on WW

Right it seemed like a similar or larger amount of people were there this year, and I'm glad more didn't buy tickets bc ffs hell no can that park hold more people and be pleasant for the type of line standing that fest requires.

Interesting that Side Project is out but that Perennial is the only brewery that's confirmed they'll be there. I know they're separate but thought they were closer than that.

I am pretty sure each acquisition and/or disposition must be noted for public companies.

The materiality rules are somewhat vague, but one can usually glean the threshold by looking at representative disclosures. Based on a quick scan of recent SEC filings, I'd guess the threshold for ABI is at least $1B.

    Yup.

All reporting is subject to materiality. I doubt the price tag for WW was above the threshold (see above).

Um, also, then State of Origin would have to move its location as the location they set up at last year, is waaaaay to small to hold an event that included all the dropped breweries from the WW Invitational.

Edit: Oh sweet mother, just realized in the post above I spelled "Eblen" as Eben... My bad. It is Eblen Charities.
