    Malt forward with hops singing the high notes. Rich without being heavy, complex without being complicated, malt with a touch of sweetness and hops with a touch of spice. Very clean finish with malt and hops skipping hand in hand all the way. No hint of bitterness in the finish, just a nice, pleasant fading away.

    I've never really bet on horses. I don't have a clue in the world how to win money on them. Of course I don't really have a clue how to win money on other sports, but that's never stopped me. :grinning:
