Antagonized over Extras by New Trader

I hate having to post this--I really didn't think I'd ever have to as I always try to complete a satisfactory trade and have never had an issue over the many trades I've completed here.

An old user but seemingly new trader has just harassed me over the extras I sent him in an already lopsided trade in which extras from my end were explicitly stated to be at my whim. I can post the full conversation if necessary--I have nothing to hide and feel it would fully support my position.

The trade was my Cigar City Hunahpu's for his Trillium Raspberry Soak + "a couple of Trillium IPAs." I made no bones about the lopsided $4$ value.

To be honest, I would prefer to have the trade with this user deleted entirely from my history since they've decided to blast me for my extras.

I also do not feel comfortable having a such an unpredictably dissatisfied trader such as this knowing my personal information, but I guess that's the price one pays in this game...

 

Right. It's one thing to expect extras in an equal trade. But to feel owed or entitled to more than 4 extras in a lopsided trade? That’s extreme.

To illustrate, the base agreement was Huna ($30) for Raspberry Soak ($16) plus "a couple of Trillium IPAs" which turned out to be a can of Sprang ($4) and a can of Congress St ($4).

I've been advised privately to post the extra details here, so just to get that out of the way, here they are:

The user rated me a BAD TRADER for sending the following extras, while insulting them as scraps, a couple of which are actually multiple award-winning beers:

Brew Kettle White Rajah, Thirsty Dog Siberian Night, Urban Artifact Pinwheel, plus, since I didn’t take a picture of what I sent and don’t have a photographic memory, either Hoof Hearted Plutonium Nyborg, Other Half Nummy Nug Nug, and/or Wicked Weed Tropicmost. I want to say I sent the Wicked Weed at least for sure.

He sent me only four extras as well: Jack’s Abby Wicked Philth, Lawson’s Super Session, Lamplighter So Much for Subtlety, and Down the Road Queequeg’s Revenge.

At this point I feel like I shouldn't have sent anything but the Huna since I doubt I would have gotten positive feedback either way.

What are the options here?

 

My initial feedback was left first, yes, but it was Positive, stating all was well and received relatively quickly. Then he started on about the extras as if he was fishing for more beer while holding his rating of me hostage. After he realized I was standing my ground with how offended I was at this situation, he submitted his rating, which was Negative from the beginning and hasn't changed. I then adjusted my rating to Okay in order to forewarn any new traders that this user does not appreciate extras and feels entitled to far more than is agreed upon with the official trade request.

Since it was Positive, my initial rating was not the cause for his Negative rating of me, but either way, I don't think it's justifiable. I think my updated rating for him is accurate, as it mentions the trade was completed, but outlines the unattractive behavior of the trader.

I'm not sure if I am allowed to post the full conversation--I'm not that experienced with the bad trader forum--but I have already compiled it and can easily provide it if necessary.
