Still a week out, but things are starting to stabilize across the forecasting sites and it's looking much better than last year:

NOAA: 60/45, "slight chance" of showers
Weather.com: 63/47, 10% chance of precipitation
Yahoo Weather: 60/47, 5% chance of precipitation

I'm still packing my rain suit since it seems that any time I get it out, I end up not needing it... aside from last year's DLD of course. So I'll pack it along and it will inevitably be pleasant. You're all welcome for my sacrifice.

I will take that all day every day. I think the important thing to note is Friday and Sunday's forecast:

Friday: Clouds/Sun/Showers, High of 60, 6% chance of rain (night)

Sunday: Clouds and Sun, High of 64, 25% chance of rain (morning)

I know things are subject to change but with actual daily forecast and the potential carry-over forecast from Friday and Sunday things are looking good. Should be decent weather to get drunk with you assclowns.

How bad is the entrance line going to be this year? One gate? Hour-2 hour entry wait?

 

I plan on getting there by 6:30 as the line share is awesome and don't want to find out how bad it is. I'd rather wait standing in place for 2-3 hours rather than slowly creep toward the front for the same period. I hate waiting in line LOL

Yes absolutely. I was very happy with the decision--the day will be a lot more fun.

 

I am certain you are not alone. I think tickets would have sold out much quicker had people know it was random.

I think ChemTrailMix is the most intriguing variant this year. Bourbon, cinnamon, slight fruit, with a bit of pepper....

But really, that isn't the point. Bring stuff you like and want to share. The people you want to share with aren't going to shit on the beer you're offering (even if it wasn't Trillium). It's about sharing and making new friends, not getting out the tape measure to see who has the coolest trade partner on the east coast
