    Well run event. Not overly crowded. Bottles were easy to get. Raspberry Vlad is amazing!

    Oops..didn't mean the weather comment to mean it was outdoors. Just meant that the bad storms might make people not want to drive. It's all inside except for food trucks.

    Does Hailstorm do growlers/howlers of their own? Anyone know the cost?

    They really don't want to sell growlers of their Southside Irish Red. Or maybe it comes with an easy in/easy out parking spot for the 2018 St. Patrick's Day parade in Beverly. Or maybe it's pre-payment for bail.:stuck_out_tongue:

    fwiw, checked these guys out pre-DLD and I was blown away. The only beer I didn't really care for was Raspberry Vlad, it was overly sweet. A guy I met there told me don't get **** stache for the same reason, but I thought PS was way better. I even grabbed a crowler of that and lumberjack, a maple stout. I hate maple. Not any more.

    There definitely is. But I'm a little more interested in the Kentuckley release, so I'm really hoping there will be some Maple Vlad left later in the day.

    I am betting bottles will last a while, only 50 or so people at open, with Transcient and Mikerphone having releases it spread things out

    That Maple Vlad was drinking very good on tap. The maple was present but the beer itself didn't come off as overly sweet.

    I had a consolation glass of regular Maple Vlad and I thought it was awesome. I can only imagine the BA version was killer
