Latest weather forecasts I just saw look promising. Mix of sun and clouds and high in the upper 60's. Only a slight chance of rain.

 

FFF will find a way to change this hahaha.

Approximately $50 of your $180 ticket price is toward the variant/vintage bottles. Even if you were to get the two vintage bottles, you are 'losing' less than 30% of your ticket purchase on old stock (as an aside, wouldn't it be a bummer to be saddled with old stock in the next Black Friday line? ). Doesn't seem a total loss, especially for people like us who aren't just going for the whalze bro and are looking to enjoy DLD.

Coming up from Cincy in a RV...and then read no RV's allowed in the business park. Anyone know of private lots, fields, anywhere I can park this thing? Cheers

 

Besides 2 vintage bottles are easily worth $50. $25 a piece for 1-3 year aged Dark Lord is more than a fair price. The only discrepancy is the secondary value.

 

Hey!! I have had some infected beers turn out quite good. some have been # drainpour. I know its a gamble but so is aging beer. I'm just thinking it could be worth it for something that might maybe could be spectacular.

 

Told myself I would stay out of this discussion, but a someone who organizes a large group of beer lovers from all over the country to congregate at this particular festival, the thought of lots of vintage feels like a slap in the face considering the pre-paid nature of the event. If a large percentage of us get vintage instead of any variant, I will push for our yearly beer event to a different brewery.

Thus far 5 years running, Indiana native so large fan of FFF but there are so many other well run and enjoyable festivals if you are willing to travel just for a share/festival as opposed to snagging favorable bottles to go.

I'm not sure if it would be appropriate for DLD but they do offer a Christian Atmosphere.

 

No need to set up anything there is a regular suply of people just pulling in out front to pick people up, they all know its a steady stream back and forth all day

 

Yeah, but a lot of people already have those bottles and I think quite a few aren't looking for any more of them. And, you can't just swap those 2 vintage bottles for $50 easily.
