Yea they just posted it up. 12btl pp limit applies too - 15.99 a bottle. May 24.

To answer the other question - this release may be a bit of uncharted territory but typically the 12oz bottle releases last. That said, didnt vanilla black maple sell out in a couple days? And that was only at 6pp. So - this one may not be so easy to predict, especially not knowing how many cases there are.

I don't think any of the taproom non-event releases have sold out in a single day. I imagine they have a good amount if it's being sold 12 per person.

The 12/per person can be an indication that there is a lot of it and the $15.99 tag will deter some from going full allotment. That said, I bet this will draw a lot more people than your regular Champion Ground or Vanilla Black Maple release because "Side Project hype y'all!". Hard to predict how things will go down but I'm sure they will drop more details between now and then so people can have a better idea.

For what it's worth(which isn't much I know), when I was there for the anniversary party in January, some of the people there were talking to people at the front of the line and they said there was borderline enough for them to consider doing an actual distribution after the release, which leads me to believe there will be plenty day 1 and after.

you never know what will happen or who will travel. Thanks Jackie O's for giving me a reason to take a vacation day! Can't wait to come visit. It's always like being at home in Athens.

I'm fairly certain that release lasted several days. This will be a popular beer based on name recognition alone. I think (and hope) the release will last until the weekend.

If someone wants to buy $350+ of beer in a sitting, that's their problem and not mine.

I am sure this will be amazing given who is making this, but I am always nervous to drop $ on something that I have not tried. I really wish they would tap it first.

Yeah, one's on tap on premise and one's a bottle to go. Makes perfect sense to me.

Should be around 450+. Going bottle heavy with limited draft to get through the week. The beer is also 15% not 14, that was an earlier rendition of the label. Corey and I will be brewing next years batch so he will be around as well.

I am not sure if JO bottles are 12 or 24 bottles to a case. Assuming that they are 24 still, given that there is a half case limit, that puts this at 900+ "ring-ups." I have absolutely no idea how this compares to any of their previous releases that lasted "the rest of the week" or longer. Just curious if anyone with previous experience could compare this to previous releases (regarding quantity) to speak to how long this might actually last.

I understand I am just asking for your opinion, and I understand that this should be an incredibly sought after item.

Sorry, I know this might have been convoluted - just trying to get a handle on this as there's just no way I can make it mid week. -And if I need to bribe a friend to make the drive for me, sooner=better.

There are 12 375ml bottles in a Jackie O's case. Champion ground had 480 cases and lasted for more than a week. BBBM I believe was slightly less (at least in house) and lasted a few weeks. Those were 6 btl limits and cheaper. I'm sure a lot more people get the full allotments when limits are at 6 instead of 12 but maybe that's naive.

I have had a great deal of interest from my trading partners throughout the country. More so than any recent release. They have also requested multiples, whereas they are usually satisfied with on or two. I would not expect this to last much more than a week, though the price point may be prohibitive for some. If you can make it by Saturday, you should be safe.
