    Here's the game:

You can only drink 10 different beers for the next 10 years of your life. Other than those 10, you CANNOT drink ANY beer. Which 10 beers are on your 10 year list? Remember to balance taste with availability (or else you'll be drinking water!). If you've got the beer in your cellar and it's on your list, you can keep it; otherwise, it goes.

    My 10 Beer / 10 Year List:
    1. Double Dry Hopped Congress St IPA
    2. Double Dry Hopped Fort Point Pale Ale - I live in Boston, so between the two Trillium I can keep a stash
    3. Prairie Bomb! - best stout I can regularly find
    4. Parabola - Tough call vs BCBS (due to availability) and KBS, but I love this beer.
    5. 3F Gueuze - Love this and I've got a nice stash in the cellar and can buy online
    6. Cantillon Fou Foune - Need one whale on my list
    7. St. Bernardus Abt 12 - always enjoy
    8. Weihenstephaner Hefeweiss - a classic
    9. La Fin Du Monde - always enjoy
    10. Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA - meh, but hey its a beer that I can find

You're mostly covered, but I'd swap out at least a couple for some lagers. A nice German pils to get you through the summer months, or maybe an Oktoberfest or something.

Unfortunate I lack the foresight to say what I'll like 10 years from now or even what I'll like a few months from now when the Fall releases come out. Hats off to those who can.

When faced with a weak beer list at a restaurant, I will often opt to not drink beer. I know that when I get home, I can treat myself to something great from the cellar. But it's important to have a few beers that I should be able to find in any decent pub.

    My 10 Beer / 10 Year List:
    1. Double Dry Hopped Congress St IPA
    2. Double Dry Hopped Fort Point Pale Ale - I live in Boston, so between the two Trillium I can keep a stash

So I'm guessing we're talking about only bottled beers because I'd certainly put some English cask ales on my list. But OK, it's still easy.

At this point in my beer life I have returned to basics, so I am sure i could survive on just Bells Two Hearted and Chimay Grande Reserve.
