Any guesses on the flavor? Haven't seen those colors before but maybe a black raspberry/cherry type thing? Would be nice to see Technicolor Splendor again... Been a while

Does the crowd for a release generally drink first, grab cans and go, or is the Ferm extra crowded into the evening? We're supposed to be meeting a friend for dinner around 7, knew we were taking a chance on a Wednesday, but it's the only day he'll be in town and he wants to check out tired Hands.

I can only speak to the fact it's usually pretty busy from what I can see from the can line around 6:00 on most releases. I don't normally go in to eat or drink though, so I don't know if by 7:00 things are more mellow.

Also, it's not definite that it's tomorrow... I wouldn't be surprised if it's Thursday for some reason.

You can make reservations on line for the Ferm, that way you are guaranteed a table.

Cherry or Raspberry for sure. Whether or not it will be a "double" is the million dollar question.

    The graphic definitely indicates double.

Its the double shake label they posted. Regular Milkshakes look different.

Single shake has one circle/planet looking thing, double has 2. Its a double, much agreed.

Double Raspberry and Hop Hands. Would have liked to see something different as the second beer since Hop Hands was just last week.

How do the anniversaries usually turn out? Do they normally release cans? Is it normally ticketed? I'm sure some of these questions will be answered in the coming weeks but I was curious if the hardcore TH folks had some input. I'd be coming from 3 hours away if that makes any difference.

They are on weekends and generally a mob scene. I suggest getting their early. Last anniversary they released cans, bottles, glassware, and had a bunch of new beers on tap. Im eager to see how they go about it this year.

The buzz around this release seems to be pretty quiet (at least on here). Anyone know how the line is looking?

According to Instagram - line is at cricket and school lane. That is pretty long

Last year the Fermentaria anniversary party was a mad house. 2 separate lines, one for cans and the other to get inside. Saw the can line at 9:30 and decided to skip it and just went inside. The line to get in stayed long for a few hours after opening, it was packed. The staff and servers did an awry job serving and delivering food/drinks quickly. Cafe anniversary was way more low key and awesome. This year will be different since they have the General store and will be doing special things at both places, on Saturday and Sunday. Keep checking Instagram and plan on getting their early or much later. Also - Fermentaria does take reservations
